Pam Ryan Anderson
President and Member of the CCV Board of Directors
Pam Ryan Anderson is the owner and Broker of Ryan Realty, working as a Realtor in Clearwater since 1989. In business, Pam has been extremely successful operating off the basic principal that she treats her clients as she would want to be treated. Pam is married to the wonderful Joel Anderson, and mother of two great girls, Melissa and Amanda Ryan. Pam contributes literally hundreds of community service hours every year, and is the recipient of the 2004 Pinellas Realtor Organization’s Community Award for providing the most community service of any Realtor that year.
As the volunteer President of CCV, it is Pam’s responsibility to ensure that each event takes place flawlessly, is well attended and that the purposes of the event and CCV are fulfilled. Pam also is very involved in expanding CCV’s reach into the community, adding new groups to help on a regular basis. In addition, Pam is in charge of building, decoration and running Winter Wonderland, working very closely with her husband, Joel, who is in charge of the crew that builds Winter Wonderland each year. One of Pam’s best assets is taking care of the volunteers that arrive to help at any of the CCV events, often personally baking to keep everyone happy and coming back. Pam’s motto is to keep it fun while pulling off major events and making as many happy kids as is possible.
