Pam Ryan Anderson
Executive Director and Member of the CCV Board of Directors
Pam Ryan Anderson is the owner and Broker of Ryan Realty and has been a dedicated Realtor in Clearwater since 1989. In business, Pam has found great success by following a simple principle: treat clients the way she would want to be treated.
Pam is married to the wonderful Joel Anderson and is the proud mother of two daughters, Melissa and Amanda Ryan. She contributes hundreds of community service hours each year and was honored with the 2004 Pinellas Realtor Organization’s Community Award for logging the most community service hours of any Realtor that year. Pam has also received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteering thousands of hours—and by now, she’s likely exceeded that number all over again.
Pam serves as a volunteer on the City of Clearwater’s Municipal Code Enforcement Board, working to ensure the downtown area complies with the city’s building codes.
As the volunteer Executive Director of Clearwater Community Volunteers (CCV), Pam is responsible for ensuring every event runs flawlessly, is well attended, and fulfills CCV’s mission. She actively expands CCV’s impact by bringing in new community groups and personally helping to provide holiday meals for families in need.
Pam also leads the planning, building, decorating, and day-to-day operation of Winter Wonderland, working closely with her husband Joel, who heads up the construction crew. This massive project spans all of November, most of December, and part of January. She jokes that if it’s not related to Winter Wonderland, running her business, or caring for her dogs and cats, everything else gets put on the back burner during this time.
Pam also heads up the Ginormous Easter Egg Hunt, a beloved family event held each Easter Sunday at Coachman Park. Months of planning go into the event, and under Pam’s leadership, it brings thousands of joyful attendees to downtown Clearwater every year.
One of Pam’s greatest strengths is her care for the volunteers who make these events possible. She often bakes for them herself, making sure they feel appreciated and motivated to return. Her motto is to keep it fun while pulling off major events—and to bring joy to as many children as possible.
