On October 12, 2023, the Clearwater Community Volunteers (CCV) once again proved that fashion can be a force for good at their annual Fashions with Flair Silent Auction and Fashion Show. This signature event raised vital funds for local organizations, including the Sheriff’s Police Athletic League (PAL) and Winter Wonderland, bringing community members together for a stylish afternoon of giving.
The highlight of the event came when CCV presented Randi Meyers from PAL with a check—bringing smiles and gratitude for the ongoing support of their programs for youth in need. PAL, a longtime partner of CCV, provides mentorship, structure, and opportunity to children and teens throughout the area.
But the generosity didn’t stop there. This year, CCV also extended their impact with additional donations to the Family Resources Teen Home in Clearwater and The Haven, an emergency homeless shelter supporting women and children in crisis. These contributions reflect CCV’s continued commitment to helping vulnerable populations throughout Pinellas County.
With every ticket purchased, every bid placed, and every outfit applauded, attendees helped CCV carry out its mission to “Love and Help Children.” The 2023 Fashions with Flair event was not just about fashion—it was about building a better future for the community.
